Harry
Kraemer, President
Harry Kraemer is an
experienced pilot, aviation educator, and writer with
more than 7,000 hours of flight time in over 100 different types of
aircraft, flying everything from blimps, gliders, ultralights, and
jets. He has traveled coast to coast giving over 80 lectures on
aviation safety related topics.
Harry holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and is a Gold
Seal Flight Instructor with Instrument Instructor and Multi-engine
Instructor ratings. He is also an Advanced Ground Instructor and
Instrument Ground Instructor. Harry has the distinction of being
the only instructor (our of approximately 81,000) to have ever held
three Master titles from the National Association of Flight
Instructors: Master CFI, Master Ground Instructor, and Master Aerobatic
Instructor. He was the first instructor to hold both the Master
CFI
and Master Ground Instructor titles. He was one of only eight
instructors to hold the Master Aerobatic Instructor designation and one
of only four to hold the Master Ground Instructor title.
Harry has published over 70 papers in over a dozen different aviation
publications including: FAA Aviation
News, Aviation
Maintenance, Avionics Magazine, and IFR Refresher. Harry is
also a former Contributing Editor for IFR Refresher and Avionics
Magazine. Prior to forming his own company, Harry has held many
upper
management positions in the aviation industry including Assistant Vice
President & Chief Pilot of a Part 91 & 135 flight department,
and Chief Flight
Instructor of a Part 141 flight school.
Harry currently serves as an Aviation Safety Counselor for the
Baltimore FSDO and an EAA Flight Advisor for the Experimental Aircraft
Association. He is also writing two books: one a child's book
called "How Things Fly", and a book on flying cars or roadable aircraft.
Pat
Manos Kraemer, Vice President

Pat
Manos Kraemer has a Private Pilot certificate with an instrument rating
from Parflite Training Center (a Part 141 school in Southern CA) and
has over 700 hours total time. She is an active member of the
Ninety-Nines, Inc., and was awarded a 2004 Amelia Earhart Scholarship
for her Commercial Certificate.
Pat has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in
Biochemistry. She has worked for a number of Fortune 100
companies as a Scientist and a Manager, and holds an Adjunct Professor
position at Northwestern University. She has published over 30
scientific research papers, chapters and abstracts and has received
numerous awards and grants [DARPA/DSO contract "Demonstration of
Functional Neuronal Control by Biological Interface Design; Achievement
in Corporate Excellence (ACE) Award, Searle/Monsanto; NIMH
Biomedical Research Support Grant, "Mechanisms for Energy Maintenance
in Developing Brain, UCLA; Chancellor's Patent Fund, University of
California; Dissertation Research Award, University of California; and
Graduate/Professional Scholarship, Wayne State University School of
Medicine] She has served as Chair of the Radiation Safety
Committee at Searle, and serves as a guest reviewer for the
journals Developmental Neuroscience and Brain Research. She is a
member of the American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,
the Society for Neuroscience, the American Association for the
Advancement of Science, and the honor society Sigma Xi.
