• The instruction was phenomenal, all the information was covered in a timely manner and plenty of personal instruction time if you needed extra help.

• Just wanted to thank you for a great experience in your ground school course.  I thought you would be interested to know that after leaving your final class the other students commented to me that they all were extremely impressed by your knowledge, experience and dedication to the student pilot program.  One student commented that if they ever encountered a life threatening emergency in an aircraft while taking flight lessons, they would hope you would be in the seat beside them.... as you would invariably be the only person to calmly talk them through the procedures to save their lives, but would also have a funny antidote about a previous aviation related accident that you had personally investigated.

• The school seems to be progressing nicely.  Harry is an excellent person to be part of your team.  You have been making a change in the professional attitude at KXXX and I, for one, really appreciate seeing that.  Harry is one of those professionals.  From a FAA Inspector.

• I was so impressed with Harry's presentation yesterday - and given that just a few of us had the opportunity to see it - I really want to explore if he would be willing to offer it again.

• I just wanted to let you know that I took the FAA written test two weeks ago.  I passed with a score of 85.  I want to thank you again for such an excellent class.  I think I would have done better on the test had I taken it right after your class (as you so rightly recommended for us to do).  I do know that the reason I did as well as I did after not being exposed to the material for a few months was due to the quality of your teaching.  Thanks again!
